This is hands-down the nicest vacation rental we have ever had. The images of the villa are totally accurate and it is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The airport pick-up and pre-arrival grocery shopping made our late evening arrival possible. It’s far out on the East end of the island and we had no cell service, but wifi was great. Lots of great places to eat, drink and hang out nearby. The privacy of the pool is the best. Don’t miss out on this great property!

The space was perfect for our family. Access to our own pool was perfect for the kids. I had to work some, and had no issues with the WiFi. You need a car to get to/from the property and the main areas of the island.

Beautiful property perfect for a couple looking to get away from it all. Only thing missing was lounge chairs by the pool, but that wouldn’t stop us from returning.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo, being in Teague Bay with great restaurants, hiking trails, multiple bays, Kramer Park in the beach, golf course and a private pool made for a relaxing and adventure filled vacation. The condo is well appointed, Villa Madeleine is a beautiful property. Positively incredible. Book your stay now and enjoy a wonderful visit to STX starting with a stay at the Lower Latitudes property.

My husband and our friends had a lovely experience! The villa was well stocked in the kitchen area, and the rooms and bathrooms were as described. The ACs were very nice when we ran them in the evening. The pool was great, and the addition of multiple beach/pool towels was appreciated. There was a book provided by the owners with lots of helpful information regarding the villa rules, activities in the area, and restaurant suggestions.

Our first trip to St Croix and we had a wonderful stay. The location on the East End of the island is quiet and beautiful. The villa had everything we needed and then some. Well furnished and maintained. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Close enough to restaurants, stores and Christiansted, but far enough away to enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

Amazing place to stay! Very nice condo with extra details, very comfortable and safe area! Great response, friendly staff that will help with any questions or needs. We were not aware ahead of time of someone meeting us and escorting us to the condo but quickly realized how necessary it was and thankful to be able to get to the condo easily. I dont think there is a better place on the island, its beautiful, so comfortable and has view of water and mountains. Pool and patio were used often and needed after a hot day sightseeing or at the beach.

I would highly recommend staying at this Villa. Having traveled to this island 20 plus times over the years, this is by far the best place I have rented. We loved this place! It was decorated beautiful! It had 2 huge master suites, with wonderful bathrooms.. it was like being in an outdoor shower!! Kitchen was well stocked, colorful and cute dishes . Owners wonderful underwater photography was hung! It was great when a rain shower came sitting under the awning and swimming in the pool! Front porch was surrounded by flowers , hummmingbirds, and sugar birds! And yes it was clean!! Great books to read about St. Croix in the Villa! Games too! Love ,loved, loved the place!
